Bakugan Battle Brawlers is a popular anime TV series that was first produced in Japan by Japan Vistec and TMS Entertainment, directed by Mitsuo Hashimoto. Its main story focuses on creatures that are known as Bakugan and battle brawlers who take possession over these creatures.

After being a huge success in 2007 on TV Tokyo, the English version of the series was produced by Nelvana Limited Teletoon over the Canadian Network. The craze for Bakugan Battle Brawlers spread further and finally the show was scheduled on the Cartoon Network in U.S in February, 2008.

As the rage for the characters and the show continued to spread like a wildfire, Spin Master and Sega Toys released an interesting game named Bakugan, in tandem with the series. The game utilizes magnetic miniature figures that are spring-loaded. The game also comprise in metal cards.

These cards are rolled over by the Bakugans that are further popped open. The cards are read by the players to know the instructions to proceed and the scores. Though as an adult, it might sound bizarre to you but ask your kid and you will know how the craze is catching up with younger generation, thereby making Bakugan Battle Brawlers a popular selling toy around.
